The Fractional CISO / Solutions Lead is the credibility anchor of the revenue function, working directly alongside the CEO to open executive-level relationships with CISOs and board stakeholders, lead technical discovery and solution architecture, scope proof-of-concept engagements, and close multi-stakeholder security deals. The role also owns pipeline development through personal networks, builds reference architecture libraries, and represents Sennovate in fintech and healthcare security communities. This is a client-facing, revenue-accountable position, not an advisory one.
- Co-sell alongside the CEO on major opportunities, leading the technical and strategic narrative from discovery through close
- Own executive-level relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, IT Directors, and Compliance leads in target accounts
- Build and advance pipeline through personal networks and existing relationships
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development for all major pursuits
- Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concept scoping, and platform demonstrations to validate proposed solutions
- Represent Sennovate at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content in fintech and healthcare security communities
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with a consulting background spanning multiple clients, industries, and technology stacks
- Proven track record co-selling and closing security engagements of $300K+ ARR
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms including Google SecOps, CrowdStrike, Okta, CyberArk, Elastic, Stellar Cyber, and Wiz
- Working knowledge of GRC and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, NIST CSF, and CMMC
- Deep expertise in at least one regulated vertical, fintech or healthcare preferred
- Fluency in AI security governance and AI-driven SOC operations
