Founder's Chief of Staff (Part-Time, Remote)

Amplify Aeon is building Dele, a personal AI platform aimed at providing intelligent, personalised assistance across digital services and devices. The company is at an early stage and is seeking a Chief of Staff to work alongside the founder in establishing the operational and strategic foundation of the business.

This is a hands-on, part-time role covering a broad remit: from setting up operational processes and accountability systems, to supporting investor outreach and due diligence preparation, coordinating early-team recruiting and onboarding, and managing special projects end to end. The role is structured as a part-time W-2 engagement, with a potential pathway to full-time following a funding round.

• Work directly with the founder to prioritise and execute strategic initiatives across the business.
• Establish operational processes, milestone tracking, and accountability systems from the ground up.
• Research investors, accelerators, and potential strategic partnerships, and support fundraising presentations and due diligence preparation.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities for early team members.
• Liaise with legal, accounting, and external advisers on behalf of the founder.
• Manage special projects independently, from initial planning through to execution and delivery.

• Approximately 4 to 8 years of experience in startup operations, strategy, consulting, or a founder's office.
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment and working directly with a founder.
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with experience using AI tools for research, planning, or productivity.
• Ability to work remotely on a US Eastern Time schedule for approximately 20 hours per week.
