A Regional Director opportunity to lead and grow The CFO Centre's New Brunswick territory, building a client portfolio, referral partnerships, and a team of experienced fractional CFOs.
The CFO Centre Canada is looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to develop and lead its New Brunswick region as Regional Director. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and team leadership, with the opportunity to personally serve clients as a fractional CFO where appropriate. The position operates under an independent contractor structure with performance-based earnings tied to client acquisition and regional growth.
The CFO Centre has operated in Canada since 2011, with more than 125 CFOs across 10 regions nationally and a presence in 18 countries globally. The incoming Regional Director will benefit from an established Atlantic Canada presence, a proven business model, and ongoing support from national and regional leadership. Candidates must reside in New Brunswick and be available for regular travel throughout the region.
- Develop and grow a defined CFO Centre territory within New Brunswick, including client and referral pipeline
- Build strategic referral partnerships with banks, accountants, lawyers, and professional advisors
- Recruit, mentor, and support a team of experienced fractional CFOs within the region
- Drive regional business development and revenue growth through active relationship-building
- Deliver a high-quality client experience that supports retention and generates referrals
- Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives and share best practices across the network
- Five or more years of senior leadership experience in a C-suite, CFO, or financial leadership role
- Established professional network within New Brunswick or Atlantic Canada
- Demonstrated business development and relationship-building capability
- Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership and coaching capability, with experience managing or mentoring senior professionals
- Credibility working with business owners and senior executives across mid-market or SME businesses
