Fractional CFO

This fractional CFO role is embedded within a growing marketing services business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to improve financial visibility, build rigorous budgeting and forecasting processes, and support decisions around pricing, contracts, resource allocation, and growth investments.

The role also encompasses direct work within NetSuite to strengthen management reporting, dashboards, and financial controls, as well as overseeing accounting functions and external resources. The ideal candidate combines strategic finance capability with hands-on operational discipline, able to translate financial data into clear business recommendations.

• Partner with the CEO on financial strategy, business planning, and evaluation of growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial KPIs, management reporting, and cash-flow forecasts
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for strategic decisions
• Analyse client, service-line, and project profitability to identify margin improvement opportunities
• Improve NetSuite reporting, controls, and use for management decision support
• Support month-end close and prepare financial presentations for executive leadership

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a professional or marketing services environment
• Strong capability in financial modelling, FP&A, and management reporting
• Hands-on experience working within NetSuite
• Ability to analyse profitability across clients, service lines, and projects
• Comfortable advising on pricing, contracts, and resource allocation decisions
• Available to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth area on a fractional basis
