Fractional CFO

Join a fast-growing team providing fractional CFO services to multiple clients across diverse industries. You'll partner with both client and ScaleUp personnel to deliver comprehensive financial leadership and support growth objectives.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely whilst managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring finance and accounting functions are completed on time and financial reporting meets client requirements. You'll serve as a trusted advisor providing strategic insight and recommendations.

• Serve as trusted advisor providing financial insight and strategic recommendations to clients
• Manage multiple client relationships and oversee accounting staff to ensure timely delivery
• Design and produce financial reporting including statements, KPIs, and board reports
• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Oversee GAAP accounting compliance and document accounting processes
• Advise on business strategy including capital planning, fundraising, and corporate structure

• Extensive experience as CFO or senior finance leader in fractional or consulting capacity
• Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience with fundraising processes, investor relations, and due diligence
• Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Strategic mindset with ability to advise on business planning and growth initiatives
