We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with executive leadership in driving the company's financial strategy and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in venture capital, investment banking, and capital raising, with expertise supporting high-growth companies through investor engagement and strategic financial planning.
This role involves developing financial infrastructure, reporting processes, and performance metrics to support growth while providing strategic guidance around scaling operations, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives
- Partner with leadership on fundraising activities, investor relations, and capital strategy
- Develop and present financial models, growth projections, and investor materials
- Support discussions and negotiations with venture capital firms and strategic partners
- Provide strategic guidance on scaling operations and market expansion
- Build financial infrastructure and reporting processes to support growth
- Prior experience as CFO, strategic finance leader, investment banker, or VC-backed finance executive
- Strong background in venture capital, fundraising, and capital markets
- Proven experience developing investor-ready financial models and presentations
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments preferred
