Fractional CFO at Recruitment Partners Inc.

Recruitment Partners is seeking a Fractional CFO to deliver executive-level financial oversight while actively coaching and developing a Controller into a confident, business-focused finance leader. The role spans strategic guidance, succession planning, and hands-on mentorship to build a scalable finance function.

The successful candidate will oversee financial operations through the Controller, guide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, and develop the Controller's capacity for business partnering and executive communication. The role requires a balance of high-level strategic thinking and practical, day-to-day guidance to support measurable leadership growth and long-term business performance.

• Provide strategic oversight of the finance function through partnership with the Controller and accounting team
• Mentor and develop the Controller into a confident business partner and finance leader
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting processes
• Enhance FP&A capabilities including variance analysis, KPI development, and scenario modelling
• Coach people leadership skills including performance management, delegation, and team development
• Build a scalable finance function that supports succession planning and long-term organisational growth

• CPA designation with extensive senior finance leadership experience
• Previous experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or Director of Finance
• Proven track record mentoring and developing finance leaders and high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Deep understanding of FP&A, business performance metrics, and operational finance
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership development skills
