The business spans multiple technology-driven industrial segments, with strategic priorities centred on margin expansion, operational excellence, and disciplined capital allocation.
This is a full-time interim engagement structured as a hybrid arrangement, with a minimum of three days onsite per week at the company's North Carolina location. The successful candidate must be prepared to deliver credible executive and board-level reporting from day one, and to take ownership of transaction-heavy finance activities across a large, complex organisation.
- Provide senior financial leadership across a multi-segment industrial technology business during a period of organisational transition
- Drive margin expansion initiatives and oversee disciplined capital allocation decisions
- Lead transaction-heavy finance activities, including M&A and related financial processes
- Deliver credible, high-quality reporting to executive leadership and the board from commencement

- Sitting or former CFO experience at an organisation of comparable size and complexity to a $3B global industrial or technology business
- Demonstrated background in transaction-heavy finance environments, including M&A

- Proven ability to establish credibility with boards and executive teams quickly upon engagement
