Fractional CFO

KeelCFO is an outcomes-focused fractional CFO provider working with businesses typically turning over £3m or more. CFOs joining the team are engaged on a part-time, interim or project basis, working directly with founders, CEOs, boards and investors to deliver measurable commercial impact at pivotal moments in a business's development.

Engagements span cash-flow improvement, performance strengthening, turnaround and transformation, accelerated growth, fundraising preparation and exit readiness. Successful candidates will bring strong commercial judgement, hands-on delivery capability, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements, including on-site work as required.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across multiple client engagements
• Deliver strategic financial modelling and support data-driven decision-making
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reporting to boards and investors
• Identify and execute cash-flow improvement initiatives and performance measures
• Support fundraising, investment readiness and exit preparation processes
• Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs and senior stakeholders at board level

• Proven senior financial leadership experience, including CFO-level roles
• Professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Strong capability in financial planning, forecasting and strategic modelling
• Experience working with growth-oriented businesses preparing for investment, sale or exit
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements, including on-site delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive and board level
