An Interim CFO opportunity with a private equity-backed Healthcare Technology business. The role focuses on sponsor communications, EBITDA optimisation, and embedding finance into the GTM organisation.
Highspring is seeking an operationally minded Interim CFO for a sponsor-backed Healthcare Technology company operating across enterprise healthcare delivery and software solutions. The engagement is expected to run 6 to 9 months, with potential to extend or convert to a permanent role.
A key priority is partnering with the Go-To-Market organisation to build robust pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting models, providing clear visibility into future quarters for management and the private equity sponsors. The CFO will also serve as the primary financial liaison to the PE board, delivering transparent reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence, while aligning all financial strategies with the sponsor's value-creation plan.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison to the private equity board and operating partners, delivering high-frequency reporting across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
- Align financial and operational strategies with the sponsor's value-creation plan, with a focus on EBITDA optimisation and capital efficiency
- Partner with the GTM organisation to build rigorous pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting models
- Manage cash flow generation, debt covenants, and leverage in line with sponsor expectations
- Oversee finance team operations and ensure institutional-grade financial controls across the business
- Support transitional leadership requirements across a 6 to 9 month engagement
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of CFO experience at companies generating $500M to $1B or more in annual revenue
- Proven track record as a seated CFO within a private equity-backed portfolio company, including direct management of leverage, debt covenants, and sponsor relationships
- Deep sector expertise in Healthcare Technology, HealthTech SaaS, or tech-enabled healthcare services
- Demonstrated experience embedding finance teams into enterprise sales organisations to build pipeline models
- Strong command of SaaS and software KPIs and PE-style reporting rhythms
- Prior interim or transitional CFO experience highly preferred
