- Deliver part-time CFO services to a portfolio of small and mid-size business clients
- Develop and implement financial strategies covering cash flow, profitability, and scaling
- Support clients through exit planning and transaction readiness processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular advisory engagement
- Grow your client portfolio through networking and consultative business development
- Contribute to the wider CFO Centre team by sharing best practices and client insights
- Minimum five years of hands-on CFO experience, ideally commercial and strategic in focus
- Relevant qualification such as CPA, CMA, MBA, or a finance-related degree
- Strong track record of consultative selling and new business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work semi-autonomously within a defined model
- Broad sector and transactional experience across SMB or corporate environments
