Fractional CFO

A manufacturing business generating over $50M in annual revenue is seeking a fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple legal entities. The role covers the full scope of senior finance leadership, from budgeting and forecasting through to consolidated reporting and financial controls.

The successful candidate will evaluate manufacturing costs, inventory, margins, and working capital to support profitability improvements. They will advise on capital investments, financing structures, and banking relationships, and work closely with the accounting team and external tax and audit advisers. A CPA or MBA is preferred.

• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on financial strategy, business planning, and growth initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee consolidated reporting, intercompany transactions, and financial controls.
• Evaluate manufacturing costs, inventory, margins, and working capital to improve profitability.
• Advise on capital investments, financing arrangements, and banking relationships.
• Guide the internal accounting team and coordinate with external tax and audit partners.

• Senior finance leadership experience with manufacturing businesses of $50M or more in revenue.
• Experience managing multiple entities and producing consolidated financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance while remaining hands-on when required.
• Clear communicator who works effectively with owners and operational leaders.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
