Fractional CFO / Fundraising & Finance Advisor — Pre-Funding, Equity-Based

Dint+ is building an AI-powered super app built around personalised AI agents designed to communicate, assist, and connect people across a broader services ecosystem. The company is preparing for its first institutional financing round and is bringing on a fractional CFO to lead the financial and fundraising function during the pre-funding stage.

The role sits alongside the Founder/CEO and a Strategic Advisor focused on investor introductions and partnerships. The position is structured as a sweat-equity advisory engagement initially, with equity tied to contribution, milestones, and vesting, and the potential for a more substantial role following financing. Candidates with experience raising institutional capital for venture-backed technology companies, particularly in AI, SaaS, consumer tech, or marketplaces, are well suited to this engagement.

• Build and maintain financial models, projections, and cap table and dilution scenarios
• Prepare investor materials including pitch decks and supporting financial documentation
• Organise and manage the data room for due diligence processes
• Coordinate and support investor meetings alongside the Founder/CEO and Strategic Advisor
• Develop and execute fundraising strategy for the first institutional financing round
• Advise on equity structuring, vesting, and milestone-based compensation arrangements

• Demonstrated experience helping venture-backed technology companies raise institutional capital
• Strong financial modelling and fundraising strategy capabilities
• Familiarity with AI, consumer technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups
• Ability to work independently alongside a founder-led team at pre-funding stage
• Existing VC or institutional investor relationships are a strong advantage
