Fractional Chief Financial Officer

• Lead capital markets strategy, including equity and debt financing, investor communications, and Board reporting.
• Develop long-range financial plans, operating models, and scenario analyses to support CEO and Board decision-making.
• Drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial performance management.
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organisation covering FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
• Establish governance frameworks, internal controls, and reporting standards aligned with public company requirements.

• Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience within a high-growth technology or enterprise software company.
• Public company experience including SEC reporting, corporate governance, and investor-facing responsibilities.
• IPO readiness or public company transition experience in a venture-backed environment.
• Demonstrated success leading fundraising, capital raising, and M&A transactions.
• Experience building and scaling finance organisations during periods of rapid growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
