Fractional Chief Financial Officer

Experience with SEC reporting, governance frameworks, and M&A execution is required.
- Lead capital markets strategy, including equity and debt financing, investor communications, and Board reporting.
- Develop long-range financial plans, operating models, and scenario analyses to support CEO and Board decision-making.
- Drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial performance management.
- Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance organisation covering FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Establish governance frameworks, internal controls, and reporting standards aligned with public company requirements.
- Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience within a high-growth technology or enterprise software company.
- Public company experience including SEC reporting, corporate governance, and investor-facing responsibilities.
- IPO readiness or public company transition experience in a venture-backed environment.
- Demonstrated success leading fundraising, capital raising, and M&A transactions.
- Experience building and scaling finance organisations during periods of rapid growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
