The CFO will manage dual-grant revenue operations across overlapping award periods, supervise the internal accounting team, and maintain the organisation's established record of clean audit compliance. - Direct monthly cash drawdowns across two primary funding sources and administer incoming awards through federal and state payment management systems.
- Track and allocate grant funds designated for real property, facility maintenance, and capital assets.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the internal accounting team.
- Review, annotate, and present monthly financial reports to the board of directors, executive leadership, and policy governance committees.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations as a core internal control function.
- Lead the annual independent audit process and maintain rigorous cost allocation frameworks and general ledger oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Senior non-profit financial leadership experience at CFO, Finance Director, or Controller level.
- Proven expertise in grant accounting, multi-source fund administration, and drawdown workflows across overlapping grant cycles.
- Familiarity with public grant performance standards and advisory committee reporting structures.
- Strong presentation skills for board and executive leadership audiences.
