Fractional CFO for Multiple Clients

Centure Financial is a boutique CFO and advisory firm serving small businesses in the $1M to $15M revenue range, helping them scale, sustain operations, and prepare for exit. The fractional CFO will work across multiple client engagements, partnering closely with founders and executive teams to guide financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations.

The role spans financial planning and analysis, cash flow oversight, working capital management, audit coordination, and collaboration with each client's accounting and tax teams. Candidates must be comfortable presenting recommendations directly to CEOs and available during standard Monday to Friday business hours.

• Develop and present financial strategy recommendations to client CEOs and their executive teams
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts across multiple client accounts
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and company audit processes
• Manage day-to-day financial operations in coordination with each client's accounting team
• Collaborate with clients' tax advisors to ensure alignment across financial functions

• Prior experience working within a finance or accounting firm
• Strong background in small business financial management, particularly for businesses in the $1M to $15M range
• Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and communicate financial recommendations with confidence
• Available to work Monday to Friday during normal business hours
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit oversight
