Principal - CFO Advisory Services

The successful candidate will take ownership of financial strategy and operations, covering planning and analysis, audit oversight, cash flow management, and legal compliance across all financial functions. Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership, this person will shape the company's financial direction and ensure robust reporting and governance.

This is a part-time engagement, requiring approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. The role suits an experienced finance leader comfortable operating at an advisory and execution level simultaneously, with a strong grasp of both strategic and operational finance.

• Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
• Support financial planning and analysis across the business
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and company audit processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Ensure legal compliance across all financial functions
• Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners

• 7 to 10 years of finance experience at a senior level
• Strong analytical skills grounded in finance and accounting
• Demonstrated experience managing cash flow, audits, and compliance
• Ability to advise and collaborate with C-suite leadership
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
