Arootah
Fractional Chief Administrative Officer (Advisor Network)
A fractional CAO opportunity within Arootah's advisor network, supporting alternative asset firms and family offices on governance, HR, compliance, technology, and vendor management.
Arootah connects senior operators with alternative investment clients, including hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices, through project-based advisory engagements. This role sits within their curated advisor network, meaning placement is opportunity-based rather than guaranteed from the outset.
Successful advisors will serve as a strategic partner to principals and founders, designing scalable administrative infrastructure and advising across HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance frameworks, IT systems, vendor negotiations, and business continuity. Engagements are sourced and managed by Arootah, allowing advisors to concentrate on delivery rather than client development.
