Executive Partner, Artificial Intelligence Advisory / AI Strategist

Gartner Executive Technology Services operates an exclusive membership organisation serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior technology leaders across 87 countries. The AI Executive Partner role sits within this business, requiring a visionary leader who can translate deep AI expertise into practical, organisation-wide outcomes for C-suite members. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of client relationships, design customised AI strategies, and guide executives through implementation, governance, and responsible AI practices. A hybrid work model applies, with a mix of on-site and virtual engagement including briefings, roundtables, and Gartner events.

Compensation is estimated at USD 160,000 to 194,000 base, with additional bonus or incentive participation. Candidates from varied industry backgrounds including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and high technology are encouraged to apply.

• Manage a portfolio of C-suite member relationships with a focus on AI advisory support
• Assess member mission-critical priorities and develop customised service plans and AI strategies
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings including strategy sessions, roundtables, and webinars
• Guide executives leading AI initiatives through implementation, integration, and optimisation of AI technologies
• Collaborate with Gartner's sales organisation to drive member engagement, renewal, and business growth
• Deliver AI literacy training and mentorship on governance and responsible AI practices to broad organisational audiences

• 15 or more years in consulting and/or CxO technology roles, with experience leading complex digital and business transformation programmes
• 7 to 10 or more years delivering enterprise-wide AI programmes across large, multi-business-unit organisations
• Strong working knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and generative AI
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, AI organisational structures, and AI maturity models
• Demonstrated experience presenting to boards of directors and CEOs
• Proven sales or business development experience engaging at CxO level
