Lumaegis is seeking experienced advisory board members to provide strategic guidance as the company transitions from regulatory milestones toward commercial launch of its medical sterilisation technology.
Lumaegis is developing RadBox, a point-of-care sterilisation system that cleans medical and dental instruments in under six minutes without water, steam, or chemical sterilants. The company has established an FDA De Novo regulatory pathway, secured initial commercial letters of intent, and is targeting FDA marketing clearance in early 2027. It is now expanding its advisory board to support the shift from regulatory execution to commercial growth.
Advisors contribute through strategic guidance, industry networks, and periodic interaction with the executive team rather than operational involvement. Participation is equity-based. Areas of focus include commercial strategy, regulatory and reimbursement pathways, distribution partnerships, and international expansion, particularly into Asia-Pacific markets.
- Advise on commercial strategy and go-to-market planning for regulated healthcare markets
- Provide guidance on regulatory and reimbursement pathways, including FDA clearance considerations
- Support distribution and channel partnership development
- Facilitate strategic introductions to potential customers, partners, or investors
- Contribute perspective on international expansion, particularly Asia-Pacific opportunities
- Engage periodically with executive leadership on corporate growth priorities
- Background as a former CEO, founder, healthcare executive, or medical device leader
- Experience building, scaling, or advising high-growth companies in regulated industries
- Domain knowledge in one or more of: healthcare, medical devices, dental, clinical operations, or infection prevention
- Familiarity with commercialisation, regulatory strategy, or venture/private equity in healthcare
- Willingness to participate on an equity-only basis with flexible, strategic engagement
