• Provide strategic guidance on healthcare growth, partnerships, clinical credibility, and market expansion
• Offer introductions to healthcare executives, physician networks, employer benefit leaders, investors, or strategic partners where appropriate
• Advise leadership on scaling a digital telemedicine business in a compliant and sustainable manner
• Review company priorities and give feedback on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and operational growth
• Participate in periodic advisory board meetings and strategic discussions

• Senior experience in healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, employer benefits, venture capital, private equity, or healthcare operations
• Strong professional network across healthcare, payer, employer, physician, or investment communities
• Experience advising, investing in, or scaling healthcare startups or growth-stage companies
• Understanding of chronic disease care, Type 2 diabetes, metabolic health, or virtual care models preferred
• Availability to contribute 1 to 2 hours per month in an advisory capacity
