Executive Advisory Board Member, Brain Health Transformation at Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America

Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is building a scalable clinical platform around precision medicine, integrating advanced diagnostics, biomarker testing, and personalised treatment strategies to improve outcomes in cognitive care. As the organisation expands nationally, it is assembling a Strategic Advisory Board of healthcare executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, and investors to guide that growth.

Advisory Board Members work directly with ATCA's leadership team to support strategic direction, partnership development, and commercialisation. The commitment is light, approximately 1 to 2 hours per month, with participation in periodic virtual meetings and ongoing strategic input as needed.

• Provide strategic guidance on organisational growth, commercialisation, and long-term business direction
• Advise leadership on healthcare innovation, reimbursement strategy, and operational excellence
• Introduce relationships across healthcare systems, diagnostics, biotechnology, life sciences, and investment communities
• Participate in periodic virtual Advisory Board meetings and contribute ongoing strategic insight
• Support expansion of ATCA's precision medicine approach to Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline

• Leadership experience in healthcare, biotechnology, digital health, or a related sector
• Background in one or more of: healthcare services, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
• Experience in corporate strategy, business development, or innovation at a senior level
• Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or healthcare investing is valued
• Prior advisory board, governance, or board-level experience preferred
• Demonstrated history of building organisations, scaling businesses, or leading strategic healthcare initiatives
