Business Voltage, a division of Radiant Legacy Collective, seeks experienced sales professionals to serve as Fractional Sales Directors. You'll work with small business owners to create structured sales processes and sustainable growth systems.

This independent contractor role offers flexible engagement with compensation through client fees, referral commissions, or performance incentives. You'll help transform business complexity into clear, actionable growth strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for small business clients
  • Assess sales processes, pipeline health, and revenue gaps
  • Prepare performance, operational, and financial reports
  • Guide sales teams through accountability and performance improvement
  • Coordinate cross-selling and referral initiatives
  • Participate in business development for Business Voltage
Job Requirments
  • Sales leadership, business development, or consulting experience
  • Experience managing or coaching sales teams
  • Strong understanding of revenue growth and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working with executives and decision-makers
  • Self-directed with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years sales leadership preferred
