• Establish comprehensive IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Oversee digital platforms, data systems, and cloud environments for optimal performance
• Implement robust information security strategies and data protection controls
• Design business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks
• Lead internal technology teams and manage senior supplier relationships

• Proven experience as CTO or senior technology executive in purpose-led organisations
• Strong background in IT governance, compliance, and risk management
• Experience with digital platform management and cloud architectures
• Expertise in information security and data protection frameworks
