Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Join Vercel as a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis with potential for permanent hire. You'll work directly with hiring managers and the recruiting team to deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the talent acquisition process. This role requires presence in our New York or San Francisco office 2-3 times weekly, particularly for executive interviews where you'll provide white glove service.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand recruitment priorities and needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across all stakeholders efficiently
• Manage candidate communications to ensure positive experience throughout process
• Utilise Gem Scheduling and Greenhouse to track progress and maintain records
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and postings for clarity and appeal
• Support resume screening and candidate sourcing when required

• Located in San Francisco or New York area with ability to work in office 2-3 times weekly
• Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
• Previous experience in SaaS or tech startup environment highly preferred
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment
