Fractional Recruiting Coordinator

Join Anthropic as a Recruiting Coordinator to drive recruitment operations and candidate experience. • Schedule high-volume candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks across multiple stakeholders
• Act as primary candidate contact, providing warm and informative communication throughout the process
• Support and improve recruitment processes in collaboration with team members
• Drive creation of new candidate experience programmes and recruitment initiatives
• Navigate complex scheduling scenarios to coordinate availability effectively
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction

• 2+ years experience in high-volume scheduling role, preferably in recruitment environment
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write friendly, informative emails
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment with frequent requests and action items
• Proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
• Experience as strategic partner to recruiters with process improvement suggestions
