Grant Cardone Enterprises seeks a part-time Director of Advisory Services to lead delivery of their Fractional Revenue Consulting program, overseeing a team of 15 advisors and driving measurable client outcomes.
This is a senior leadership role with full operational ownership of the Fractional Revenue Consulting (FRC) delivery function. The Director will lead 15 FRC Advisors executing a structured 144-point business implementation framework, oversee the Customer Success team to protect retention and client outcomes, and direct a specialist Office Hours bench covering CRM, paid media, data tracking, and AI. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with Sales and Marketing, and direct reporting of delivery health to the company President.
This is a part-time engagement of 10 to 20 hours per week, suited to an experienced consulting or advisory services leader who can build systems, set standards, and own outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 fractional advisors delivering the 144-point client implementation framework
- Set performance standards, conduct call reviews, and build structured advisor development pathways
- Own client retention, satisfaction, and outcome reporting across the full FRC portfolio
- Identify at-risk accounts proactively and deploy targeted interventions to reduce churn
- Direct the specialist Office Hours bench and coordinate deployment against client and advisor demand
- Partner with Sales on new client handoffs and feed documented client wins to Marketing
- Proven experience leading client-facing advisory, consulting, or customer success teams
- Track record building scalable systems, accountability structures, and performance standards
- Strong command of sales, marketing, and revenue operations disciplines
- Experience coaching and developing high-performing individual contributors
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and related marketing automation tools
- Operator mindset with the ability to own outcomes and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
