This senior leadership role carries full operational ownership of the Fractional Revenue Consulting (FRC) delivery function at Cardone Training Technologies. The Director will lead 15 FRC Advisors executing a structured business implementation framework, oversee client retention and satisfaction, and direct a specialist Office Hours team covering CRM, paid media, data tracking, and related disciplines.

The mandate covers building performance systems, setting delivery standards, developing advisor capability, and reporting outcomes directly to the President. The role requires someone comfortable owning results in a high-pace environment, with a strong background in advisory services, revenue operations, and client success management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 FRC Advisors delivering a structured client implementation framework
  • Set performance standards, conduct call reviews, and build clear advisor development pathways
  • Own client retention, satisfaction, and outcome reporting across the full FRC book of business
  • Identify at-risk accounts proactively and deploy targeted interventions to reduce churn
  • Direct the specialist Office Hours team, ensuring sessions are well-attended and aligned to client needs
  • Partner with Sales on client handoffs and feed a pipeline of documented client wins to Marketing
Job Requirments
  • Proven experience leading client-facing advisory, consulting, or customer success teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build accountability structures and delivery systems that scale
  • Strong command of sales, marketing, and revenue operations disciplines
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus marketing automation tooling
  • Background managing P&L or delivery margin for a service line
  • Ability to convert client outcomes into case studies, testimonials, and measurable ROI proof
