Data, Analytics & Insights – Executive Advisor

GHD is looking for a senior advisor to shape and lead Data, Analytics and Insights engagements across its infrastructure client base. The role centres on defining data strategies, establishing sound data management practices, and driving information-led transformation programs. The advisor will build repeatable service offerings aligned to GHD's core engineering capabilities and set the commercial and delivery rhythm required for sustainable growth.

Preferred office locations include Houston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston, and Rosemont. The position operates on a hybrid model, with an expectation of three days per week in office. The engagement suits an experienced data and analytics leader comfortable operating at executive level within complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure environments.

• Lead work-winning and executive-level delivery across Data, Analytics and Insights engagements
• Define data strategies and establish data management practices for major infrastructure clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on data-driven transformation programs
• Build and develop repeatable offerings aligned to GHD's core engineering services
• Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement across engagements
• Build and lead high-performing advisory teams aligned to client demand

• Demonstrated experience leading data strategy and analytics advisory engagements at executive level
• Background in infrastructure, engineering, or related complex asset sectors
• Proven ability to win and manage large, senior client relationships
• Experience developing repeatable service offerings and commercial delivery frameworks
• Strong data management and information governance knowledge
• Comfortable operating with autonomy within a large global organisation
