Fractional Chief Product Officer (Co-Founder)

NeuroHub is developing a comprehensive physical-digital ecosystem for neurodiversity care, beginning with their MVP that serves as the "TurboTax for California Regional Center funding." This AI-powered platform automates financial execution processes and creates person-centred care plans whilst removing bureaucratic barriers.

As Fractional CPO, you'll drive product strategy for both the parent-facing mobile application and provider marketplace. The role involves translating complex regulatory processes into intuitive user experiences, conducting research with beta families, and preparing the product narrative for upcoming seed funding whilst designing the operational foundation for future physical clinic locations.

• Lead product strategy and execution for parent-facing mobile application and provider marketplace
• Translate MVP prototype into scalable B2C product roadmap with clear milestones
• Conduct user research with beta parents and Independent Facilitators to optimise workflows
• Scale AI features including PCP Builder and autonomous portal submission systems
• Partner with founding team to develop compelling product narrative for seed fundraising
• Design operational systems that will eventually run physical clinical locations

• Parent of child using California Regional Center system with deep understanding of IPPs and SDP processes
• VP/Head of Product or CPO experience scaling B2C or B2B2C consumer products
• Proven track record delivering exceptional, frictionless user experiences at scale
• Startup DNA with comfort operating in zero-to-one environments for equity
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive product features
• Experience preparing product strategy for venture fundraising processes
