Chair Capital is recruiting senior Fractional CFOs to join its operating bench and be deployed into portfolio companies as interim or part-time finance leads, supporting capital planning, board reporting, and exit preparation.
Chair Capital deploys capital across energy transition, digital infrastructure, AI, and MedTech through dedicated investment vehicles. It maintains a 300-strong bench of operating executives and sector specialists who are placed into portfolio companies as needed. Fractional CFOs joining this bench will be deployed into one or more Chair-backed companies on an interim or part-time basis, working directly with founders to establish financial infrastructure that supports milestone-driven funding, interim capital rounds, and eventual exit.
The engagement is typically structured at two to four days per week per portfolio company, with day rates aligned to senior market benchmarks. Equity participation in portfolio companies is available where appropriate, alongside direct access to Chair Capital's broader network of NEDs, sector specialists, and co-investors.
