We seek an experienced Product Executive to partner with the organisation on a fractional basis to strengthen product leadership and elevate product management capability. The successful candidate will bring proven experience leading product organisations, developing product leaders, and driving transformation.
Drawing on experience across multiple organisations, they will provide executive coaching, leadership mentoring, practical frameworks, and hands-on guidance to mature our product operating model and accelerate development of Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners.
- Assess current product capability, operating model, and development needs
- Advise senior stakeholders on product strategy, governance, and operating model maturity
- Coach and mentor Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners
- Strengthen capability across Product Strategy, Discovery, Metrics, Operating Model, and Leadership
- Introduce practical frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organisation
- Former VP Product, CPO, or senior Product Executive with experience leading product organisations
- Proven track record of developing high-performing product leaders and teams
- Experience implementing modern product operating models and driving product transformation
- Deep expertise in product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, OKRs, and outcome-based product management
- Strong executive coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
