Interim Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to provide immediate financial leadership for a growing, privately held private aviation company. This newly created role brings finance and accounting operations in-house during a key growth and recovery phase.

As Interim CFO, you will take ownership of the full finance function, stabilise reporting, improve cash flow visibility, and support strategic decision-making as the company scales its fleet and operations. The role offers potential for conversion to permanent position.

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, and controllership activities
• Own month-end close, KPIs, internal reporting, and financial analysis
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in capital-intensive environment
• Oversee relationship with external accounting firm (4 accountants)
• Support debt and equity financing initiatives and investor reporting
• Implement process improvements and systems optimisation

• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• 3-5+ years at Controller level or above with strong technical accounting skills
• VP-level Finance experience including KPIs, internal reporting, strategic analysis
• Tech savvy with proven ability to improve systems and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience in aviation, charter, luxury services, or asset-heavy industries preferred
