Fractional Chief Medical Officer

Allia Health Group seeks a senior medical leader to oversee clinical strategy and operations across their comprehensive digital health platform covering men's health, women's health, and longevity services. This executive role involves establishing clinical standards, managing a national provider network, and ensuring quality care delivery whilst maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position requires building and leading clinical teams, overseeing telehealth operations, and designing safety protocols that support rapid scaling. You'll partner with executive leadership to drive clinical product strategy for their in-house EHR platform whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical integrity.

• Establish clinical vision and standards of care across men's health, women's health, and longevity services
• Design and implement clinical governance mechanisms and decision rights across all entities
• Oversee clinical operating systems including coverage models and clinician workforce planning
• Build comprehensive Quality and Patient Safety programmes for telehealth environment
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of high-performing clinical teams
• Drive clinical product strategy for in-house EHR and clinical tooling systems

• MD or DO from accredited institution with active, unrestricted US medical licence
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Urology, or related specialty
• 10+ years clinical experience including 5+ years in senior clinical leadership roles
• Proven experience leading clinical operations and patient safety in telehealth or tech-enabled care
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations including HIPAA and telehealth compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage provider performance and clinical governance frameworks
