Fractional Chief Medical Officer

Allia Health Group is the parent organisation behind Southend Pharmacy, Brello Health, and Woven, operating a comprehensive digital health platform across men's health, women's health, and longevity. The business runs a national provider network, centralised clinical operations, and an in-house electronic health record platform, currently supporting over 15,000 patients per month.

The Fractional CMO will serve as the senior-most medical leader, responsible for clinical strategy, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of care delivery across all entities. This is a fully remote engagement requiring 10 to 20 hours per week, with close partnership with the executive leadership team to drive growth while maintaining clinical standards.

• Set clinical vision and standards of care across men's health, women's health, and longevity programmes
• Own the clinical operating system, including coverage models, clinician supply and demand planning, and operational KPIs
• Build and lead a telehealth-native quality and patient safety programme with safety-first throughput guardrails
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing clinician organisation
• Serve as executive owner of clinical product strategy for the in-house EHR and associated clinical tooling
• Own clinical compliance posture in partnership with Legal and Compliance, including prescriber-to-pharmacy workflows

• MD or DO from an accredited institution with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical licence
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Urology, or a related specialty
• 10+ years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in senior clinical leadership such as Medical Director, VP Medical Affairs, or CMO
• Proven track record leading clinical operations, quality, and patient safety in a telehealth or tech-enabled care environment
• Experience managing provider performance, peer review, and clinical governance frameworks
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations including HIPAA, state medical board requirements, and telehealth prescribing compliance
