• Represent and deliver structured leadership development system with fidelity and professionalism
• Facilitate training sessions using provided frameworks and materials
• Operate independently whilst maintaining alignment with programme standards
• Engage organisations in leadership transformation focused on behavioural clarity
• Deliver training using proven, turnkey methodology

• Current or previous role as Chief Learning Officer, VP/Director Talent Development, or Director L&D
• Senior-level experience in HR Business Partner with training authority or OD Manager
• Background in Training & Development Management or Head of People Development
• Proven credibility in leadership strategy, culture, and behavioural change
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining programme integrity
• Professional network and relationships for potential implementation
