Interim Director

This interim role sits within a faith-based nonprofit and carries responsibility for driving business development and sales functions on a part-time, temporary basis. The successful candidate will bring senior-level leadership experience and the capacity to operate independently across a lean organisational structure.

The position is US-based and requires alignment with the organisation's mission, values, and Christian ministry ethos. Leaders in this role are expected to model and support the faith commitments central to Youth For Christ's purpose.

• Lead business development activities to support organisational growth objectives
• Drive sales initiatives aligned with the nonprofit's mission and funding goals
• Engage key stakeholders, partners, and donors to build and sustain relationships
• Represent the organisation's values and faith-based mission in all external dealings
• Provide interim leadership and stability across relevant operational functions
• Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular basis

• Demonstrated experience in a senior director-level or equivalent leadership role
• Background in business development, sales, or revenue-generating functions
• Comfortable operating within a faith-based, nonprofit environment
• Ability to commit 10 to 20 hours per week on a temporary basis
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• US-based with eligibility to work for a religious nonprofit organisation
