Fractional Integrator / COO

OpsLab is a collective of Fractional Integrators who partner with growth-stage businesses across North America that operate on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The incoming Integrator/COO will step into organisations where EOS is established but underperforming, diagnosing root causes, leading through metrics, and building the clarity and accountability structures needed to unlock growth.

This is not a pure operator role. The successful candidate will act as a builder, coach, and trusted truth-teller, elevating leadership teams and progressively reducing the business's dependency on the Visionary for day-to-day execution. The position is part-time, requiring 10 to 20 hours per week.

• Run Level 10 meetings that drive genuine accountability and surface real issues
• Own Scorecards, Rocks, and Accountability Charts with discipline and clarity
• Lead issue-identification and problem-solving conversations to root cause
• Diagnose where EOS implementation is breaking down and develop corrective plans
• Coach Visionaries out of operational detail and into their highest-value activities
• Build the Integrator function so the business reduces its reliance on fractional support over time

• Proven experience as an Integrator within an EOS-run organisation
• Deep practical knowledge of EOS and a track record of driving execution
• Financial literacy and confidence leading profit and loss conversations
• Ability to quickly identify root issues and create clarity across a leadership team
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and operational leadership skills
• Direct, honest communication style with the ability to maintain trust under pressure
