Help Solbasium build a repeatable revenue engine by optimising sales processes and coaching their existing team.
Solbasium is seeking a fractional sales leader to transform their existing sales assets into a predictable revenue machine. You'll work with their established sales representatives, inbound opportunities, and outbound efforts across multiple product lines to drive measurable growth.
This role focuses on building systems and processes rather than individual selling. You'll audit current approaches, implement accountability measures, and establish forecasting systems whilst coaching the team to improve conversion rates and scale revenue predictably.
- Audit and improve current sales processes and workflows
- Coach and develop existing sales representatives through regular reviews
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and establish forecasting systems
- Build KPIs and accountability measures for the sales team
- Identify bottlenecks and revenue leaks in the current system
- Review sales calls and provide targeted coaching feedback
- Previous experience as VP of Sales, Head of Sales, CRO or similar revenue leadership role
- Track record in fractional or consulting sales executive positions
- Experience with wellness products, medical devices, or capital equipment preferred
- Strong background in B2B consultative sales and high-ticket products
- Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and systems
- Experience coaching sales teams and improving conversion rates
