Fractional Head of Business Development (Advisor Network)

Arootah seeks experienced business development leaders to join their advisor network supporting alternative investment clients. You'll provide strategic, project-based leadership across growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives for hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.

This fractional role focuses on developing and executing growth strategies whilst supporting market positioning and strategic partnership initiatives. You'll partner with leadership teams on go-to-market planning and advise on pipeline development, competitive positioning, and fundraising readiness initiatives.

• Develop and execute business development strategies for alternative investment firms
• Support market positioning and relationship management initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand investor and client relationships
• Partner with leadership teams on go-to-market planning and execution
• Advise on pipeline development and competitive positioning strategies
• Support fundraising readiness and strategic communications initiatives

• Prior experience as Head of Business Development or equivalent senior growth role in hedge funds, private equity, or family offices
• Deep understanding of alternative investment industry and institutional relationship landscape
• Proven track record driving business growth and strategic partnerships
• Strong leadership capabilities with market expansion experience
• Experience with investor engagement and strategic communications
