The position involves working with a modern alternative to traditional health insurance that delivers transparency, savings averaging 40%, and a 98% retention rate since 2020. The successful candidate will operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment whilst building strategic partnerships.

• Leverage C-level network to introduce cost-saving healthcare programs
• Develop strategic partnerships within healthcare, benefits and insurance sectors
• Provide financial planning and reporting expertise
• Analyse financial statements and model scenarios for strategic decisions
• Support business development through established industry connections
• Operate effectively in remote, entrepreneurial environment

• Proven expertise in finance, financial planning and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with financial statements analysis and forecasting
• Senior or C-level experience (CFO, CEO, COO, CRO) in high-growth organisations
• Established network of C-level contacts in healthcare, benefits or insurance
• Experience in healthcare, health benefits or insurance alternatives preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
