Lead commercial strategy for new branded retail products division, developing commercialisation plans and supporting retail launches.
This role involves working directly with company leadership to develop commercialisation strategy for Crustless Creations' new branded retail products division. You'll support retail launches, oversee marketing initiatives, and establish processes and partnerships needed to support long-term growth.
As an early leader within the branded business, this position requires a builder's mindset and willingness to operate both strategically and tactically across brand development, trade marketing, shopper marketing, retail activation, and consumer engagement.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and consumer value propositions
- Create commercialisation and growth plans for retail products
- Guide trade marketing, shopper marketing, and retail media investments
- Oversee website, social media, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Establish scalable commercialisation and marketing processes
- Manage external agency partners and cross-functional initiatives
- 10+ years of experience within consumer packaged goods
- Experience in brand management, commercialisation, or commercial marketing leadership
- Demonstrated success launching and growing consumer brands
- Experience working with national retailers and retailer marketing programmes
- Strong understanding of trade promotion management and retail media
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
