You'll leverage existing networks to establish Respiris as a trusted outplacement partner whilst delivering direct coaching services to individuals navigating career transitions. This revenue-generating role offers significant growth potential with structured support and AI-enabled tools.
- Build and activate local markets within existing professional networks
- Develop relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, CFOs, and executives
- Position Respiris as trusted partner for outplacement and transition support
- Generate introductions, referrals, and partnerships that convert to revenue
- Deliver structured coaching across three-month engagement cycles
- Facilitate 10 coaching sessions per client engagement
- Experience as Head of HR, HRBP, recruiter, advisor, or operator
- Generated minimum $50,000 revenue under own EIN (required)
- Proven ability to build and manage senior client relationships
- Trusted by senior decision-makers in target organisations
- Comfortable navigating sensitive employee transition situations
- Highly relational with commercial mindset and revenue focus
