Holitix is seeking a Fractional CTO to lead technical strategy, architecture, and security across a suite of Web3 products including a gaming platform, decentralised exchange, and tokenised real estate platform.
Holitix is a Web3 innovation hub helping businesses build secure, scalable blockchain solutions. The company works across strategic consulting, product development, and blockchain implementation, serving enterprises and startups navigating the decentralised economy.
The Fractional CTO will provide part-time technical leadership across multiple Web3 initiatives, working directly with founders, product teams, and engineers. Key platforms include a Web3 gaming ecosystem, a decentralised exchange with DeFi mechanisms, and a tokenised real estate platform built on Real-World Asset principles. The role spans architecture guidance, security oversight, engineering mentorship, and technical due diligence.
- Define and drive technical vision, architecture, and roadmap across multiple Web3 products.
- Review and validate system architecture, smart contract designs, and blockchain integrations.
- Advise on DEX development, liquidity mechanisms, tokenomics, staking, and DeFi protocols.
- Guide the design of Web3 gaming ecosystems, NFT integrations, and on-chain economies.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish development standards, best practices, and technical processes.
- Collaborate with founders, partners, and investors on technical discussions and due diligence.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralised applications.
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Solana, or comparable ecosystems.
- Proven background advising or building Web3, DeFi, GameFi, NFT, or RWA projects.
- Deep understanding of DEX protocols, liquidity pools, staking mechanisms, and token economics.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, security, and scalable backend systems.
