This hands-on leadership role drives revenue strategy and execution across multiple channels for a fast-growing AI-driven learning platform. You'll own the complete US revenue engine, from performance marketing to enterprise sales and RFP management.
The position combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, requiring deep experience in EdTech revenue scaling. You'll optimise funnels, build partnerships, and pursue government contracts whilst improving key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Own and execute end-to-end revenue strategy for US market expansion
- Drive growth across B2C, B2B, and bid-based channels simultaneously
- Oversee paid acquisition campaigns and ROI optimisation across Google, Meta, Bing
- Build partnerships with training providers, staffing agencies, and enterprise clients
- Lead RFP strategy and execution for government and enterprise contracts
- Define pricing, bundling, and upsell strategies to improve AOV and retention
- 8-15+ years revenue leadership experience as CRO or similar role
- Strong background in US e-learning or EdTech market preferred
- Proven track record scaling revenue from $10M to $20M+
- Experience with enterprise sales and RFP/bid processes
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, partnerships, and sales funnels
- Comfortable working hands-on in fast-paced growth environment
