Fractional CRO, Financial and Digital Markets

This fractional engagement is designed for a senior commercial leader with experience across financial services, fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B environments. The role focuses on translating market opportunity into a structured growth plan, improving pipeline discipline, and aligning revenue-driving teams around shared priorities. The client needs clearer strategy-to-execution alignment and a more repeatable commercial operating model suited to their stage and market focus.

You will work directly with founders and senior leadership to define revenue priorities, assess acquisition performance, and establish forecasting and reporting rhythms that improve commercial visibility. Part-time commitment of 10 to 20 hours per week.

• Develop and refine the revenue growth strategy across financial and digital market segments
• Assess demand generation, acquisition, and pipeline performance to identify practical improvement priorities
• Align sales, marketing, partnerships, and leadership teams around shared commercial objectives
• Support market expansion planning including route-to-market decisions and partnership opportunities
• Establish reporting, forecasting, and performance rhythms to improve commercial accountability
• Advise leadership on revenue risks, growth opportunities, and execution trade-offs

• Significant experience in a senior commercial or revenue leadership role
• Background in financial services, fintech, banking, SaaS, or complex B2B environments
• Proven ability to improve pipeline creation, conversion, and go-to-market execution
• Experience aligning cross-functional revenue teams around defined priorities
• Strong strategic judgement combined with hands-on execution capability
• Comfortable advising founders and C-suite stakeholders on commercial strategy
