Chief Marketing Officer (Interim) at Gybe Consulting

The business has a loyal global customer base and is preparing to bring a significant product evolution to market, one with the potential to redefine the brand's category and accelerate international growth.

The interim CMO will work directly with the founder and executive leadership team to shape the go-to-market strategy, pressure-test launch plans and guide execution across retail, eCommerce, PR, partnerships, influencer, CRM, wholesale and owned media channels. The ideal candidate has led premium consumer product launches or high-profile brand transformations before and knows how to distinguish between activity and commercial impact.

• Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for a major product evolution
• Advise senior leadership on launch sequencing, positioning and execution planning
• Identify opportunities to maximise impact across retail, digital and brand channels
• Ensure all channels are coordinated to drive commercial momentum
• Bring an external perspective and proven launch experience to a high-profile strategic initiative
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brand, product, retail, eCommerce and marketing

• Demonstrated experience leading premium consumer product launches or brand transformations in retail
• Background as a fractional or interim CMO, marketing consultant, or senior commercial marketing leader
• Deep understanding of retail, lifestyle or consumer products environments
• Ability to drive alignment and momentum across multiple channels simultaneously
• Comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership teams
• Proven ability to translate strategy into commercial outcomes
