• Build and scale operating infrastructure across alternative investment firms
• Oversee front-to-back office functions including operations, finance, and compliance
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership on firm strategy and execution
• Lead organisational design and cross-functional alignment
• Manage growth, transformation, or turnaround initiatives

• Prior experience as Chief Operating Officer or equivalent senior leadership role within hedge funds, private equity, or family offices
• Deep understanding of investment firm operations and infrastructure
• Proven track record of scaling businesses and building teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
