- Accelerate existing US presence by sharpening positioning and unlocking growth opportunities
- Identify missed opportunities across channels, customers, and messaging
- Build clear, commercially grounded growth roadmaps
- Elevate integration between brand building and performance marketing
- Apply strong US market lens whilst maintaining global brand integrity
- Serve as senior marketing partner to leadership team
- Proven experience scaling brands in the US market, ideally in fashion or consumer goods
- Deep understanding of brand building and performance marketing balance
- Strong grasp of customer acquisition and repeat behaviour drivers
- Ability to cut through noise and focus on impactful priorities
- Comfortable setting strategic direction and pressure testing execution
- Experience in fashion or consumer brand environments preferred
