Chief Medical Officer, Remote Fractional CMO Partner, Facial Aesthetic Medicine

Spire Group is seeking a visionary clinical leader to serve as founding Chief Medical Officer for a proprietary AI-powered mobile clinical platform preparing for national launch. This ground-floor opportunity involves deploying clinical infrastructure for an AI technology-driven aesthetic network focused on non-surgical facial care.

The role targets facial plastic surgeons, oculoplastic specialists, or aesthetic dermatologists with primary expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced facial rejuvenation. This position offers meaningful equity partnership and the opportunity to set new national standards for provider-delivered aesthetic care.

• Maintain complete clinical protocol library for neuromodulator and dermal filler services
• Oversee credentialing, onboarding and ongoing supervision of independent contractor aesthetic providers
• Establish safety, complication management and quality standards across all markets
• Serve as authoritative clinical voice in strategic, regulatory and product decisions
• Collaborate with technical team on AI-assisted EHR, treatment documentation and outcome tracking workflows
• Represent company's clinical integrity to partners, regulators and provider community

• Facial Plastic Surgeon certified by ABFPRS or ABOHNS, or Oculoplastic Specialist certified by ASOPRS, or Aesthetic Dermatologist certified by ABD
• Demonstrated mastery of neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra, RHA)
• Deep command of facial anatomy as applied to injectable treatment planning
• Primary clinical focus on non-surgical facial aesthetics rather than supplemental practice
• Track record of building clinical protocols and quality standards
