Maneva is seeking a fractional CMO to build and run an inbound marketing engine that fills the sales pipeline, working hands-on across campaigns, channels, and content in the manufacturing AI space.

Job Details

Maneva is an AI company serving manufacturing enterprises, and is looking for a fractional CMO or demand generation partner to own and operate its inbound marketing function. This is an execution-focused role, not advisory. The successful candidate will run campaigns directly, work within the existing marketing stack, and report to the CEO while collaborating closely with the SVP of Strategic Sales.

The focus is pipeline: identifying the highest-leverage channels for reaching manufacturing decision makers, building a repeatable playbook, and driving prospects from awareness through to sales-ready conversations. Maneva operates with lean internal resources, so the ability to move quickly and iterate based on data is essential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and run organic and content-led demand generation programmes across email, social, SEO, webinars, and industry events.
  • Grow inbound lead volume into the sales funnel using demand generation tools and targeted content.
  • Partner with the sales team to align on lead quality, handoff criteria, and downstream conversion.
  • Identify the highest-leverage channels for reaching manufacturing decision makers and build a repeatable channel playbook.
  • Develop and test messaging tailored to the pain points of the manufacturing ICP.
  • Work within the existing stack including Webflow, Salesforce, and Mailchimp, bringing frameworks and best practices to accelerate execution.
Job Requirments
  • Senior B2B demand generation experience with a demonstrated track record of building inbound pipelines for technical or industrial products.
  • Deep familiarity with manufacturing, industrial automation, or adjacent sectors, including how buyers evaluate and make decisions.
  • Hands-on and execution-focused, comfortable running campaigns directly rather than delegating all delivery.
  • Strong grasp of organic and content-led growth, with experience in SEO, email nurture, and LinkedIn for B2B.
  • Able to operate as an embedded partner within a lean team, not as a purely external vendor.
  • Experience working with or at an early-stage technology startup, with the ability to move fast and iterate based on data and sales feedback.
